SAMSUNG GLOBAL SOFTWARE ENGINEER

Requirements

1. Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information System, Information Technology, Software Engineering and Electrical Engineering, Math, Physics, from Reputable Universities.
2. Experiences in Java or C/C++ programming languages
3. Experiences on software construction and unit test
4. Strong understanding on mobile and web technologies.
5. Strong understanding logic, algorithm and data structure concepts

PROJECT MANAGEMENT LEAD

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree (Advanced Degree is preferred) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related discipline, or equivalent work experience is required.
2. At least 4 yrs of IT experience in project management and/or execution involving major development projects including system analysis, development, implementation, and maintenance of large-scale projects.
3. Experience in the application of industry-standard SDLC and project management methodologies. Agile practices a plus.
4. Proven track record of planning, executing, and managing projects in a large and highly-matrixes corporation.
5. PMP certification.
6. Agile certification.
7. Can use project Management tools for daily operation need (MS Project, Office, Jira).
8. Proficient user; able to develop and tailored uniform template for team to use (MS Project, Office, Jira,CQ).
9. Act as a reference point for PLM queries and information (PLM).

Areas of responsibility:

1. Organize appointment of project team and participants for Product Feature Design (PFD) for each proposed product/service.
2. Develop software development plan during Product Detailing Process to determine software development schedule, resource allocation, and goal of software reuse.
3. Gather and manage all project data and production of information for management review.
4. Coordinate and manage Product Development activity during Sprint cycle.
5. Coordinate Sprint Planning, Sprint Demo, and Sprint retrospective for each sprint cycles.
6. Coordinate product release activity and create release notes.
7. Working with System Operation team, manage system operations.
8. Manage and facilitate portfolio management processes.
9. Ensure  projects remain in compliance with defined standards and methodologies, and that approved  PM tools are being utilized
